Project Introduction of Brazilian Double-Wing Folding Integrated House
The Brazilian double-wing folding integrated house project is a unique and innovative construction initiative. Launched on May 21, 2024, and completed on June 13, 2024, this project involves the supply and export of integrated houses by our company, Huahengyuan Steel Structure.
A total of seven double-wing integrated houses were manufactured. The client customized the colors, and mentioned that Brazilians are very fond of military green. These houses will be used as temporary accommodation for travel.
The demand for integrated houses in the Brazilian market is diverse. There is a significant need for affordable housing. Brazil has a certain housing shortage, especially for middle- and low-income groups. To address this issue, the government has launched housing programs such as “Minha Casa, Minha Vida.” Integrated houses, with their relatively low cost and fast construction speed, can meet the government’s need for quickly building a large number of affordable houses and help low-income families solve their housing problems. In some suburban or emerging development areas of cities, there is a great demand for low-cost and cost-effective integrated houses. Such houses can serve as permanent housing solutions for families who cannot afford traditional high-priced houses.
There is also a strong demand for temporary buildings. In various construction projects in Brazil, such as those for roads, bridges, railways, and hydropower stations, there is a need for a large number of temporary office spaces, workers’ dormitories, and temporary warehouses. Integrated houses are easy to build, disassemble, and transport, and can quickly meet the temporary building needs of these projects. They can also be flexibly adjusted according to different stages and needs of the projects. Additionally, Brazil often hosts various large-scale events and sports competitions, such as the World Cup and the Olympics, which also require a large number of temporary facilities, further increasing the demand for integrated houses.
