II. Materials and Structure
• Materials: Steel beams, steel columns, and purlins usually use Q235B cold-bent galvanized light steel. The strength of the steel is 215N/m².
• Earthquake Resistance Performance: The structure can resist earthquakes of magnitude 8. The seismic grouping design is the first group. The site characteristic period is considered as 0.45s. The construction site category is considered as Class
III. The damping ratio of the steel structure is 0.05. The maximum horizontal seismic influence coefficient αmax is 0.04 (calculated according to 5 years).
• Safety Level: The structural safety level is grade 2, and the coefficient of importance is 1.0.
III. Installation Steps
• Unfolding the Roof: Use a crane to lift the roof. Slowly lift it until the house is unfolded in place and then stop the crane operation.
• Unfolding the Front and Back Walls: Push the front and back walls of the container from the inside to make them unfold and stand in the correct position.
• Fixing the Structure: Use bolts to fix the entire structure. There are pre-made bolt holes on the columns, and enough bolts will be provided for you to fix.
• Installing the Door Lock: To avoid the door lock from damaging the ceiling during the folding process, the door lock will not be installed in advance. If you need to move the house to another place and carry out the folding operation, please remember to remove the door lock in advance.
